ENGINEERING & MOLD PROJECT

We have a specialized team focused on our clients' needs, capable of providing the most diverse solutions (feasibility studies, DPM, rheological studies, etc.) to optimize processes and ensure the success of the project.

The Mold Engineering Department develops the projects in Catia V5.

DIMENSIONAL CONTROL

We provide dimensional control reports as a guarantee of our accuracy and quality. During the various manufacturing stages, we control the different components until the final assembly of the mold. Whenever requested, we can also develop templates (Gig's) to ensure the highest measurement precision.

AFTER-SALES

Whenever requested by our customers, we are present when the molds leave their facilities. We understand the need and value of supporting this stage. Our team is fully available to provide support for any doubts, including mold maintenance.

TRY-OUTS AND PRE-SERIES

In each test, we respect all client specifications to recreate their production environment, including injection machine selection, processing conditions, raw materials, etc.

We can also supply pre-series before mold exportation.

MOLDS MANUFACTURING

We have a highly experienced team capable of meeting strict deadlines and quality standards. We operate in 2 shifts to maximize responsiveness.

Our machinery park is diversified and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, with the capacity to produce molds up to 20 tons.

During manufacturing, we provide periodic progress reports so clients can track the entire process.

ASSEMBLY / MAINTENANCE

We have diversified equipment for mold changes and repairs. Our expertise allows us to offer this service regardless of whether the mold was developed by us, with or without a CAD project.
