Molds Manufacturing

We have a very experienced team able to meet the strictest deadlines and quality standards. We work with 2 shifts, which allows us to increase our responsiveness.

Try-outs and Pre-Series

In each test, we try to respect all the specifications of our client to recreate what his production will be, consider the choice of injection machine, processing conditions, raw materials, etc.

After-sales

Whenever requested by our customers, we are present at the time when the molds leave their facilities. We understand the need and value to support this stage. Our team is fully available to support whenever there are doubts, such as concerning molds’ maintenance.

Dimensional Control

We provide dimensional control reports as a guarantee of our accuracy and quality. During the various stages of manufacture, we control the various components until the final assembly of the mold.

Assembly / Maintenance

We have diversified equipment that allows us the molds changing and repair. We have the know-how to provide this kind of service, regardless of being a mold developed by us, and with or without CAD project.
